Please schedule the time frame that works best for you. Your appointment will include a consultation, exam and if no other testing is warranted (Ie. x-rays, health records} soft tissue work and a chiropractic adjustment. If you have any recent imaging or health records relating to your health, please upload to your records or email prior to your appointment. The intake paperwork must be thoroughly completed before your appointment. Please use "N/A" if the item does not apply. In the notes section, indicate if this is an adult, prenatal, postpartum (0-1yr) or pediatric appointment. If you are scheduling for your child, add them to your account and schedule the appointment under their name.
